I took this one night last month to show you how I have obstructed one
of two views I could take without utility lines. They got the pole
and light on the curve now, so no one better run into the curve and bounce
into Rachel's house again. :-)
I just got back from driving
to the library. Wil didn't want me walking the long way around, but I don't
think he wants me walking until he is home after the last time I felt all
off balance almost home. He's doing meals again.
I picked up a book after I read about it at Mudflats. "AWOL The Unexcused Absence of America's Upper Classes from Military Service and How it hurts our Country". I thought book titles were supposed to be short. :-)
Another book I want to get is Temple Grandin's "Thinking in Pictures". Listening to her on pbs radio at the moment. She's autistic and holds a Phd.
This morning Wil gave me something to think about, I am not sure that was his intention and should ask. There is a word I use that I need to quit using when talking about any person. 'Hate'. I made the mistake the other day when talking about someone with Wil by saying "I used to like him but now I hate him" when what I meant was I don't like what he does. He reminds me of a blond joke, and of course I don't really think all blondes are dumb nor scatter brained. So dislike should replace the word hate. I just think the guy is a scatter brain. ;-)
I dislike the person who gossips
about me, I don't hate them. Make sense?
On another note here. I am going to miss the halo comments. I refuse to pay for another program. So if one doesn't want to sign the guest book I'll code here, or doesn't want to email, I will miss hearing your opinion. I know over on the blog that so often the comments don't work for non members and I can't get xanga to fix that, but there is always email.
Well time to go start lunch and argue with Chan. He's been fooling around with his food again so we have to pick him up and syringe his medicine down his throat.
Oh I got the parrot pictures from kodak yesterday. Someone cut his feet off in 4 of the pictures. So I went on their real chat and was shocked at the poor use of the English language. I suspect that they also are using people in another country or hiring very uneducated American ones. :-)
