Check the end of his beak. He loves the sweet. I call him 'sweet beak'. Buster ate some of the spoon too.
Took me a few minutes to figure out I was too close and that is why the first two were blurry. He really had his beak in the whipped cream.
Ought to send it to Starbucks. lol
This morning I got ready and when Wil got back from his walk I headed to Target.
I wanted a new billfold. I couldn't find a small one that held pictures. I couldn't find a new picture holder to slide in this one. They told me try the men's wallet section. It had less of everything. Oh well when was the last time I ever showed any of my pictures?
Right next door were the books. I'd like to read the one written by the young woman that escaped the polygamist lifestyle. "Stolen Innocence". Wasn't willing to pay $25 but I bet it is a long time before the library gets it as they just released the book. In fact the lawyers in the present case are not happy about it.
I did buy "The Cat in the Hat" because I have some poster's to make and can't draw the picture the size I want for poster's I am to make for the 'Cat Crawl' coming up. Also bought for a prize, John Grogan's "Marley A Dog Like No Other" in paperback. Asked Wil if I would have time to read it first. lol
On the way out I had to stop at Starbucks in the store because Wil wanted a coffee and we had a gift card. That's how Pook and Buster got a taste of mine. Getting those to the car was fun even in the cart. (buggy to some of you):-)
My feet really hurt after that trip. But I had the blasted splint on!
Tomorrow we will travel to son's in Austin for the belated barbeque. He called yesterday and said they were going to have the highway open this weekend because of the graduations. Someone had some influence.
I just discovered our library system has a Flickr page! Take a look there and you can see that beautiful glass work I saw from Chilhuhy. I also called the local branch, they haven't bought the book yet. He figures they will.
Gosh it is time to eat lunch, or as we said when I was growing up, dinner. To me it is now lunch. lol
