beats yesterday's record high of 99.
Today is Doug's Day for cards.
Thanks to Michael I was able to update on Doug. I blogged it.
I meant to get this up this morning but Wil wanted to run up to the Credit Union about our cd. Only to find out of course I could of found the answer had I pulled up the Credit Union web page. sigh..don't know why I didn't think of it.
I didn't make this tag btw. I just thought it was so funny I snagged it from group at Robbie's.
I let Kathy's group know I will be away for awhile. If you don't post you get removed and I haven't made up my mind what I am going to do.
Started on the Cat in the Hat poster stuff yesterday afternoon. Cut out the cartoon but have all the lettering to do yet on the poster board. Won't look professional as my hand isn't as steady.
My Society Garlic. Some people may eat this but I tried it once and said no thanks. I couldn't remember what it was called so its label says onion. lol
After leaving Credit Union we drove up to Caliente Harley-Davidson cycles to look for a t shirt for Wil's nephew. His sister likes to get them from all over, though she knows they are pricey.
Well they got me too. Wil got him a baseball cap and I found a book "101 Uses for an Old Harley-Davidson" and autographed copy by Jean Davidson, granddaughter of Harley-Davidson founder Walter Davidson.
I thought it was a neat book for $14.99 and when we got home and Wil pulled the price tag off it is imprinted $9.95! So I look it up online and find they must of raised the price of it. Costing more to get here from China now. :-) Plus the one online isn't autographed.
He's gonna get a used book because I plan on really reading it. Not that big anyway.
Yesterday I walked in shoes all day. I planned on doing that today and calling Dr. Varnes office about doing so. Well when I checked the lump it is quite painful and almost seemed larger. So back in the splint I went and skipped the call. Bottom of that foot burns today.
Talked to Nancy yesterday. Her friend Carol has a spinal stimulator implant. They put hers in her abdomen. Carol is a lot smaller than me. She doesn't wear slacks with a waistband that buttons or snaps though. She carries the remote like you would a cell phone. She turns it down at night because her pain is less then, during the day she is pain free. Tomorrow I get to find out what Dr. Karasek is going to recommend.
